Здесь мне не совсем понятно, понял только что нужна копия документа удостоверяющая личность и какой то государственный документ,

отписал своему помощнику, который мне и написал о том что нужен такой то док и приложил копию этого письма.

и получил от него ответ...

а в последнем письме как раз и советуют к нему обратиться, оформить какую-то мифическую Affidavit.

Да что вы ко мне привязались?? !! Ну народ пошел - всем нужно кого то учить что и как делать...
Если вы внимательно читали сию тему, то могли заметить что я сам к ней с самого начала относился с большим недоверием!!!
а времени пройтись по тексту и в общих чертах вникнуть о чем речь и накидать пару строчек многого не займет.
можно сказать что это первый в моей жизни спам на инглише и с таким "настроением" - до этого как не странно за спиною опыт общения с почтовыми сервисами 9 лет(в силу моего "многолетия")
